Business Technology Consultant

• Develop Business Application using Microsoft .Net Technology
• Develop Buisness Intelligence application that leverage on existing client property/asset management system
• Capture business requirements, develop specifications and customizations for clients
• Provide technical consulting services for clients across Asia
• Documentation of Process and Case Study for company knowledge base

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 2-4 years’ experience in or systems design & development
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS
• Advanced knowledge of report writing tools such as MSSQL Reporting Service. BI application knowledge will be a huge bonus
• Experience with Transact SQL, MS Visual Basic, Web application development and/or .Net Web Service is a PLUS
• Real Estate industry knowledge and / or Accounting knowledge are a PLUS, but not mandatory. Training will be provided
• Excellent troubleshooting techniques to identify and document root causes of hardware and software issues
• Team player attitude that promotes a positive work environment
• Demonstrates initiatives, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize
